Refunds (if applicable)

Our refund policy remains valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition as received.

To process your refund, we kindly request a receipt or proof of loss through a video call. Please refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are circumstances where only partial refunds may be granted, such as when a product is damaged or if there was an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a refund for the corresponding amount within 10 to 15 working days, if applicable. However, if an item is not in its original condition, is broken, or has missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error, a partial refund may apply.

Once you have submitted your refund request, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your request and notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund process will commence.

The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within specific days. If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially processed. If necessary, you should also reach out to your bank.
