Delivery Policy for Products Displayed in Store

Some marble slabs and natural stone products displayed at our showroom or on Google may be available for in-store purchase, order placement, pickup, or delivery, depending on product availability and customer requirements.

Delivery Time

For deliveries within India, the estimated delivery time is usually 3–15 business days after order confirmation, depending on product availability, finishing work, order quantity, transport availability, and delivery location.

For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is usually 25–55 business days after order confirmation. International delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, shipment mode, export documentation, customs clearance, port handling, and local delivery arrangements.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on customer location, slab quantity, slab size, weight, packing requirements, transport type, insurance, unloading requirements, and delivery destination.

For international orders, freight charges, export packing, insurance, customs duty, import taxes, port charges, clearance charges, and local delivery charges may vary by country and are confirmed before order finalization.

Any delivery charges displayed on Google or other platforms are indicative/estimated and may vary based on the final order details. Final delivery charges are shared with the customer before order confirmation.

Order Process

Customers can visit our showroom, inspect the displayed marble or natural stone product, confirm quantity, finishing requirements, slab selection, and delivery location before placing an order.

Customers may also select slabs through a video call with our team. During the video call, we can show available slabs, surface details, colour tone, veining, thickness, and stock availability to help the customer make a selection remotely.

Once the slab selection, quantity, pricing, finishing requirements, and delivery details are confirmed, the order can be processed and delivery can be arranged to the customer’s address, subject to transport availability and order confirmation.

Products may also be arranged for pickup depending on the order type, delivery location, and customer preference.

Service Area

Delivery is available across India.

International delivery is available for selected countries, subject to transport availability, export feasibility, documentation requirements, customs rules, and order confirmation.
